The owners of Boat Services Group, Michael Gavito and his wife Jo McKinney, have lived in Key West since 2003.  Michael's background in boat service is extensive.  He is a certified ABYC  marine electrical technician, qualified for boat refrigeration, air conditioning, anything electrical, and lastly, his first love, electronics.

Jacob is a true keys character. His organizational skills keep the shop running smooth. He also is our paint and cleaning expert. He knows the secrets to keep your boat beautiful. He has a great sense of humor, too!  In his off time he enjoys water sports and other "Keys" activities. 

Our tech, Jordan,​ is happy to get the job done so you can get back out to charter or enjoy your time on the water. Originally from Michigan, he's an avid fisherman and always craves the next catch.

Judy (aka Momma) is Michael's mom and our office manager. She will greet you with a smile the first time you come in the office and remember your name every time you come back.  She's the backbone of the organization! If Judy is not in the office, you can be sure she is off traveling the world on one of her fabulous vacations.

Boat Services Group is hiring a full-time experienced outboard engine technician.

​The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in service and repair. Boat electrical systems experience a plus.
